All You Need To Know
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We operate in Green River, Utah and all along the Wasatch Front. Rentals are by appointment only. After making your reservation, you will be notified where your van is located and will meet you at that location to begin your rental.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHERE YOUR VANS CAN GO?
Our vans can be driven anywhere in the United States and Canada. Vans are to be driven on designated roads only. An additional cleaning charge may be assessed if vans are returned excessively dirty.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A valid credit card, drivers license and insurance card are required at the time of booking. A deposit which includes the entire projected amount of the rental plus $250.00 will be charged at the time of rental. Any surplus from the deposit after the van is returned and total charges are calculated will be refunded to your credit card.
DO YOU HAVE ANY MILEAGE RESTRICTIONS?
All vans rented for use within the state of Utah for at least a two-day rental come with unlimited miles. Vans that will be taken outside of the State have a generous mileage allowance. The mileage allowance will be determined by the distance travelled and the duration of the rental.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
No charge will be assessed for reservations that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Reservations that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the equivilant of one day's rental on the vehicle that is reserved.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our prices vary depending on the vehicle rented, duration of the rental and time of the year. Please contact us for a quote for the specific rental period desired. We are competatively priced and normally cheaper than the big rental companies.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVERS?
No, but additional drivers must meet the same qualification criteria as the primary driver, and must be listed on the rental agreement. The primary driver (the person who signs the rental agreement) is responsible for the vehicle for the entire duration of the rental.
DO I NEED MY OWN INSURANCE?
Yes. In the event of an accident, the renter's insurance will be the primary for coverage. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased at the time of rental if desired. The renter may be personally liable regardless of fault and renter's insurance is insufficient to cover all of the damages.
DO YOU RENT OTHER VEHICLES BESIDES VANS?
No. Vans are all we do. Only passanger vans. No cargo vans.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes. We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to Military Members, Veterans and their families on every rental, all the time. Thanks for your service!
WHAT KIND OF A GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?
All vehicles are in excellent condition, meticulously cleaned and prepared for your use and enjoyment at the time of the rental. If there is anything amis, please let us know and we will make it right.
SHOULD THE VAN BE RETURNED FULL OF GAS OR EMPTY?
All vans are rented with a full tank of gasoline. We prefer that you do NOT fill the tank before returning the van. The first thing we do when the vans come back is get them cleaned, inside and out, and top off the gas tank. We will take the cost of the gasoline out of your deposit and will not charge a service fee. We will only charge the cost of the gas at the pump and will provide a copy of the gas receipt along with your final rental receipt by e-mail at the completion of your rental.
WHAT GRADE OF GASOLINE SHOULD I PUT IN THE VAN?
All of our vans are designed to run on regular gasoline (87 Octane).
WHERE SHOULD I RETURN THE VAN?
Every van should be returned to the same place you pick it up. The location of your van will be communicated to you upon confirmation of your booking. Vans are located in Green River, Utah and all along the Wasatch Front.
HOW WILL I GET THE FINAL RECEIPT FOR MY RENTAL.
Your final receipt will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of completion of the rental.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR VANS?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of our vans at any time.
